1st Try Out Date

  9 to 12u August 21st at 6:30 pm - registration begins at 530 pm (3 teams)
13 to 14u August 25th at 9 am - registration begins at 8am  (7th & 8th grade 2 teams each) 
15 to 18u August 26th at 9 am - registration begins at 8am (9th to Connie Mack 4 teams)

2nd Try Out Date

  9 to 12u August 28th at 6:30 pm registration starts at 5:30 
13 to 14u August 29th at 6:30 pm registration starts at 5:30 pm (7th & 8th Grade)
15 to 18u August 30th at 6:30 pm registration starts at 5:30 pm (9th to Connie Mack)

Supplemental Try Outs

For players unable to make one of the Week Day or Weekend dates.  By request only via email with a completed player profile form found in the hand out section of this website.

 Please go to the hand out section of the Dukes home page left side to download the player profile form. Please fill out completely email a copy back to Cameron Saylor at saylorklan@aol.com

WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL NEW PLAYERS ATTEND BOTH TRY OUT DATES. ALL RETURNING PLAYERS MUST TRY OUT AND ATTEND AT LEAST ONE OF THE TWO TRY OUTS DATES. 

Teams are selected by Grade and Age:

9 year old 3rd grade  -  May 1,   2009 -  April 31 2010 are  9U
10 year old 4th grade - May 1,   2008 -  April 31 2009 are 10U
11 year old 5th grade - May 1,   2007 -  April 31 2008 are 11U
12 year old 6th grade - May 1,   2006 -  April 31 2007 are 12U
13 year old 7th grade - May 1,   2005 -  April 31 2006 are 13U 
14 year old 8th grade - May 1,   2004 -  April 31 2005 are 14U
15 year old 9th grade - May 1,   2003 -  April 31 2004 are 15U
16 year old 10th grade - May 1, 2002 -  April 31 2003 are 16U
17 year old 11th grade - May 1, 2001 -  April 31 2002 are 17U
18 year old 12th grade - May 1, 2000 -  April 31 2001 are 18U 

Teams are picked by grade and not always age.   Younger players in higher grades may also be eligible to play at an age younger than their grade if they do not make their age level team.

There is a $20 Try Out fees cover all three dates posted, fees are not per Try Out date. 

Try Out Fees will not be prorated for a single day.

 Please bring the Following to the Meeting Dates Listed above:

• Registration Fees $350 returning & new players 2018 Fall  Season  due at meeting
• Birth Certificate Copy Only no originals please
• Player / Parent Agreement from the Hand Out section
• Monthly Dues are $125 per month will be payable on October 1st in one lump sum of $500
  for the 5 months of the season Credit Cards accepted that night.
• Registration opens at 5:45

New Players will receive:

3 - Hats 1 practice 2 Game Black & Red  / Returning Players will receive new practice hats.
2 - Uniforms Black and Red
1 - Practice Tee Shirt
1- Dukes Player Manual
1- Complete Athlete Book 
Easton Instructions for 30% to 40% equipment Discount when purchased on line. 

Practices on Wednesdays with games on Sundays at Palm View Park with complete cage access at Maverick Field.
Schedules will be posted on the www.ccyb.net  Website and emailed by your coaches weekly.
