ONE MORE CHANCE FOR SPRING REGISTRATION!

If you still want to sign up your child for the SPRING SEASON, we will have a late registration at the CHESTNUTHILL PARK BUILDING next Thursday, Feb 11th between 7:30 and 8:30 pm.

There is a $25 late fee per family.

New and returning players are required to submit copies of proof of age and residency at time of registration.

Please bring COPIES for each player's files. 

Age documents include birth certificate, passport, or military documents.

3 residency documents are required and must include the actual street address (no PO box or RR). Acceptable documents include drivers' license, vehicle registrations, rent/mortgage statements, utility bills, financial statements, etc. 

You will need 3 checks.  NO CASH PLEASE.

West End Little League is open to boys and girls ages 4-16 who reside in the Pleasant Valley School District (Ross, Polk, Chestnuthill, and Eldred Townships).
