This past year, the Whitefish Bay Jr. Dukes program instituted the Spencer Frank Spirit Award. Each Jr. Dukes team submits one nominee for a player that demonstrates not only good baseball skills but also is a team leader and shows great sportsmanship towards teammates, coaches, umpires and the opposing team. The Jr. Dukes Board and coaches select one award winner from among the 10 deserving nominees representing each Jr. Dukes team.

The winner of the first annual Spencer Frank Award was Russell Enea, who played for the 8th grade White team in 2015.

Congratulations are in order for all the nominees: U9 Owen Wallace, U10B Matthew Gruber, U10W John Campbell, U11B Ryan Carew, U11W Harry Brown, U12B Michael Topp, U12W Morgan Brower, 7th RJ Mowad and 8thB Andrew Cafaro.
