Motion by Pugh, seconded by Levon to approve the minutes of the meeting of 6/30/16. Motion passed.

Officer Reports:

VP – No report

Treasurer– Novotney announced the income/expense report for July 2016, which is attached below. 

1)      Checking account balance - $7,872.43

2)      Savings account balance - $1,616.77

3)      Cooperstown 2017  (11U) - $8,750.19

4)      Other Savings / Clinics - $840.76

5)      Nationals 2016 (14U) - $2,673.96

6)      Ripken 2016 (12U) - $242.56

Novotney also informed the board that McMinn would be paying tomorrow for their tournament team.

Secretary – No report

Equipment Manager – We will clean out the boxes the last weekend of July

Umpire in Chief – No report

Player Development Manager – Johnson asked if anyone knew of any coach who was planning on playing fall ball.  No one knew of any coaches that were.

President –  Nominations for the following offices are now open:

1)      Vice President – 2 year term

2)      Treasurer – 2 year term

3)      Player Development – 2 year term

4)      Trustee – 3 year term

New Business:  Ideas for enhancing the website were discussed and tabled.
