Call to order. 8:00pm
Secretary - minutes of previous meeting distributed
Michael Pugh motioned to approve minutes. Seconded by Tony Pasquino.
Officer reports
Vice President. None
Treasurer. None
Equipment manager. None.
President. Michael asked that we email a copy of the invoices for the locks to the girls Fastpitch league for 1/2 payment.
Locks are now on all boxes.
Michael is going to call Gale at Willowick about their tournament. (One check for all teams)
Old business.
Box at intihar getting fixed by city. City informed us that a new box at Jindra will cost $1350. Or smaller box will be $650. Mike Cackowski was looking into craigslist to find something similar.
New business.
When will we be putting up pony fence?
Tony asked for the following for umpires: 10 belts. 10 bags. 10 clickers.
