The Winona VFW Buddies would like to thank all those that participated and sat through the 3 hour downpour that was tryouts. The effort was more then we could ask for and we appreciate everyone giving everything they had. Once again, the area's talent shows that high school's should be successful for the near future.. The decisions we had to make were very difficult and we wish all those who didn't make the VFW team the best of luck with their summer teams. Remember there are other options for summer ball (Morrie Miller, Goodview) if you do not make the Buddies and we strongly encourage those players to take advantage of those options.
