REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2015 REC. BALL SEASON IS OPEN!!

Go to the "Online Forms" link or click the registration link in the top right corner of the homepage. You will be able to fill out all necessary paperwork and pay the registration fee. All registrations will need to be completed online, as Wrigley has gone paperless. 

Registration Costs are as follows:

Tball-$89

Baseball-$99

Softball-$106

Payment includes a full uniform, all insurance fees, a county imposed light fee, other county fee and a trophy at the end of the season. There is also a $3 processing fee imposed by our website registration system.
