Coaches/Club Administrators
WEIGH-INS: All weigh-ins will take place Friday, March 6
th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Please use team rosters from
trackwrestling.com to communicate weight info. You can use Door #17 to enter right next to the wrestling room.
All weigh-in sheets must be faxed in by 6:45pm to:

TOURNAMENT INFO:
Admission Fee: Adults-$5.00 Students-$3.00
Coaches without a coaches band will have to pay Admission Fee
Please use door #13 to get in. You will not be able to get in any other way. (See attached map on the last page)
SATURDAY WEIGH INS: 6:30am To 7:30am
CHECK-INS (WRESTLERS): All wrestlers need to check in between 6:30-7:45am.
CHECK INS (COACHES): All coaches need to check in between 6:30-7:45am. Coaches must have COACHES
CARD and PHOTO ID available at check in to get their wristband. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any new coaches and wrestlers registration forms must be postmarked or, if USAW's Membership System is used,
dated on February 8, 2020 or before to be eligible for the IKWF State Series.
All coaches must hold a current USA Wrestling coaches membership card, they must be NCEP (copper, bronze, silver, or
gold) certified, must have completed the SafeSport training course, and they must display the coaches membership card
at the Sectionals tournament as defined in the IKWF by-laws.
On Friday we will receive a list from the IKWF in regards to which coaches have the proper certification requirements
set forth by the IKWF. If a coach does not have the proper certification, he or she will NOT be issue a floor pass.
If a coach does not have a floor pass, they must stay in the stands.
SCRATCHES
All scratches will need to be verified between 7:45-8:00 am at the check-in tables.
COACHES MEETING
Coaches meeting will be at 8:30. All teams will be notified of scratches at this time.
START TIME
Approximately 9:00 am
WRESTLING
We will be using 29 ft circles
Intermediate (8-9) will wrestle on 3 circles in the small blue gym
Novice (10-11) and Senior (12-13-14) in the big gym on 5 circles
