Off season weight program
I have attached the worout program the boys use in their off season workout. The weight room is open throughout the summer. It is open for football only in the mornings but you should be to get in there from 9:00 A.M. until noon and there will be a coach on duty from my understanding.

Texas A&M Omaha Skills Camp
This high-intensity camp will provide campers with instruction and activities similar to those experienced at the
next level. This three-day experience will provide high-quality instruction that covers every aspect of the game,
including position of choice. Campers will enjoy the intense practice sessions and scrimmages throughout the
day. Campers will receive instruction and detailed evaluation on all aspects of the game from the camp staff.
Instructors at this camp will be a&m coaches as well as high school coaches and current a&m players. Campers
will be divided into eight teams, so availability is limited. All meals are included with the camp tuition.
Cost: $510 overnight, $410 day

Univ. of Texas High School Camp
This camp is designed for players who have a desire to play at the collegiate level. Players will participate in live scrimmaging and receive instruction to improve hitting, speed and arm velocity. Participants will receive information on the recruiting process and NCAA Academic standards.
Ages: 15-18.
