There are two little purses here in the Bay Arena Office, one contains several games and the other some money, gift card with Ashley written on it. These items have been left here since Christmas if you have lost these items or know of some one who have, please contact the office at 786-6343.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO BEGINNER PARENTS!

Beginner Parents,
PLEASE NOTE:
At last evening's BAMHA Board of Directors meeting, March 3, 2009, a decision to implement mandatory use of helmets to parent volunteers during the Beginners program was made.
Effective immediately:
1) For the remainder of the 2008/09 minor hockey season, only one parent, or one sibbling of Atom registered players or higher, is permitted on the ice surface with one registered Beginner player at a time. Qualified and approved BAMHA coaches and approved assistants (i.e. : Midget Assistants) may also enter the ice surface to provide instruction.
2) All persons, including parents, coaches, sibblings, assistants, and Beginners themselves, on the ice surface, whether fitted with ice skates or not, must and at all times wear an approved ice hockey helmet for protection in case of slip or fall.
3) In addition, at the beginning of the 2009/2010 season this rule will continue and will include a mandatory fee of $10.00 for parent volunteers who will then become registered and insured volunteers of the BAMHA.
Please be considerate to our Beginner Co-ordinator and Directors as they begin to carry out this ruling.

25 YEARS!!!!

It's official the Bay Arena Minor Hockey Association and the Bay Arena Association will be celebrating 25 years!!! Starting in the fall of 2009 and ending in the summer of 2010, celebrations will be taking place. A committee has been formed and plans are starting to take place, but we need your help! We are calling on ALL Minor Hockey players, Coaches, Volunteers past and present to contact us, with your name, address, email address. Please forward your information to the following address: bayarena25years@gmail.com or join the Bay Arena Minor Hockey group on Facebook.
We need your help to contact all your friends and family who have been involved with the Bay Arena and Bay Arena Minor Hockey Association in the past 25 years, spread the word to contact us.
During the summer of 2010 in conjunction with Klondyke Days we will be having a weekend full of activities for the whole family. We will be setting up a day of memories, we are now looking for pictures from the very beginning. If you have pictures back when the Bay Arena started and the BAMHA we would love to have a copy or did you take part in the walk to raise money for the Bay Arena, maybe you have some items that we can borrow.

All House League, Female, and All Star Try Out Registration has to be paid by September 30th, 2009.
Payment Options: cash, cheque or post dated cheques for end of June, July, August and September.

2nd Child $245.00

Fall Hockey School $120.00
All Star Fees for 2009-2010
All Star tryout fees $ 30.00

Note: All Star fee structure is based on ice time available to each division.
