50/70 Championship Game, The Brick American Yankees
defeated the Brick National Brewers, 2-1, in a pitchers dual to win the first
cross town 50/70 Championship. Congratulations to all the Yankee players and coaches on a
job well done!!!

The Red Sox beat the White Sox, 10-4 to win the Rookie Division Championship

6-16-09 – 46/60 Division, The Mariners beat
the Royals, 6-2 to take the Division Championship

6-15-09 – 50/70 Division, The
Yankees beat the Mariners, 6-5 in a heated battle to win the 50/70 Major
Division Championship. Kyle Cala connected for a 2
run home run in the bottom of the 5th to give the Yankees the lead
which they held on to in the 6th for the win.

In a 50/70 Division Playoff game Kyle Cala threw a no hitter against the Royals

In a recent 46/60 Major Division game between the Royals and
A's. Royals 11 year old pitcher, Alex Mclean, threw a
perfect game. Fanning 10 and no walks in picking up the win.

In a Jr. League game between the Orioles and White Sox, 14
year old Orioles pitcher, Jesse Francisco pitched a no hitter. He issued 1 walk
while striking out 11 in picking up the win.
