Games for Tonight (Monday May 4, 2009 are cancelled
The Central PA Modified Fast Pitch Softball League (CPMSL) is a competitive adult men's softball league (10-man) that plays games in the Harrisburg, PA area (East and West Shores) on weekday evenings (Mon thru Friday) from early May to early August in the summer. Games are played at Creekview Park (Hampden Twp.), Brightbill Park (Lower Paxton Twp.), Elizabethtown Community Field, Marysville Lions Club Fields, and the Hampden Twp. Municipal field. In the fall, we have played in the past at Veteran's Park (Susquehanna Twp.) and Oak Hills (Middletown). If anyone knows of any fields that are available, please let us know!

The CPMSL also has a fall league with games played on weekday evenings from late August to late October. Games are played at Veteran's Park in Susquehanna Twp. in Harrisburg, Oak Hills in Middletown, and Creekview Park in Hampden Twp. (Camp Hill). Two games a night are typically played at fields with lights.

October 21, 2008: Cajuns win the 2008 Fall Championship. The Cajuns are the hands-down champion of the 2008 CPMSL Fall League after defeating State Farm 9-8 in walk off fashion in the 7th inning of the League Championship game. The Cajuns had also won the 2008 fall regular season championship with an 8-1 record and finish 11-1 overall.

Click here for Past Modified State champs At the March 30, 2008 Pre-season meeting it was decided that the Playoff Structure for 2009 to be an 8 team double-elimination tournament with the top 7 teams based on regular season record ranking. There will not be a 3 game championship series as there was in 2007. There will be a single-elimination play-in round to determine the 8th team. This will be #11 vs. #12 to determine 12 seed then it will be #8 Vs #12 and #9 vs. #10....with the two winners playing a game with that winner advancing as the #8 seed to the Double Elimation Tournament.
