Football Equipment Pickup
Equipment for football Players will be handed out at Old Town Hall in North Chelmsford (rte 4) as follows:
Sat July 11th- F Team: 8:00-9:30 / E Team: 9:30-11:00 / DW Team: 11:00-12:30
Sun July 12th- DM Team: 8:00-9:30 / C Team: 9:30-11:00 / B Team: 11:00-12:30
Makeup dates- Sat. July 18th 9:00-12:00
Sun. July 19th 9:00-12:00

Chelmsford Pop Warner has most of your equipment and accessory needs, but not all. If looking for cleats, mouthguards, girdles and socks, chairs for the parents to sit on... consider Modell's. 2009 Season Registration
Chelmsford Pop Warner is still accepting registrations for both football and cheerleaders
-Payment Plans available-
Openings still exist at all levels, especially the middle schools and junior high school levels. 7th and 8th graders: Prepare for High School!
We accept registrations by mail. See Forms in 2009 Registration Packet in tab on the left
NOTE: This year CPW will again be accepting applications for the Tiny Mite division which includes 5 and 6 year olds!
(Reminder- By National Pop Warner guidelines, teams are limited to 35 players. Late registrations could affect team placement)

NOTE: This upcoming school year, Chelmsford Public Schools will start on Tuesday, Sept 1st, 2009!!
The 2009 CPW pre-season practice starts on Monday, August 3rd at Parker Middle School field at 6 PM. The routine schedule for A-E Teams in August is Monday-Thursday, 6-8:30 PM. The schedule for the F Team will be 3 days per week, tentatively 6-8PM.
Schedules are reduced for all teams once school starts the first week of September.
POP WARNER FACTS
Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) is a non-profit organization that provides youth football cheer & dance programs for participants in 42 states and several countries around the world. Consisting of approximately 400,000 young people ranging from ages 5 to 16 years old, PWLS is the largest youth football, cheer and dance program in the United States.
Pop Warner was founded in 1929, continues to grow and serves as the only youth football, cheerleading & dance organization that requires its participants to maintain academic standards in order to participate. -Pop Warner programs have no tryouts or cutting of rosters.
-Everyone participates under mandatory rules of play.
-On-field coaching is allowed for younger age levels.
-Individual awards are given only for academic excellence, not for on-field activities.
Safe Playing Environment:
-Players are matched by age and weight levels.
-There are strict mandatory equipment requirements.
-Pop Warner provides Coaching Clinics and Risk Management Training.
-An enforced national rule book incorporates time-tested rules.
-A full-time executive staff supports all local associations and assists in sound policy creation.
