2009 Youth Summer Camp

Believe it or not, we have already had many requests (and registrations already) for information on our summer camp so I am sending it out earlier than I believe ever! The registration form is below. Also, please remember to put in their team they cheer on the medical release since it is not on the registration form. I will try to make sure that if there are girls on a particular team that I try to group them together.
