Summer Conditioning Camp
for TIFI Players
In these week long sessions, campers will work on:
*Speed
*Agility
*Flexibility
*Strength
*Conditioning
* And all the proper techniques associated with them
This program is specifically designed to help get the players ready for the upcoming football season.
Lead instructor of the camp will be Steve Matejka, a local high school football coach/coordinator, along with various other high school football coaches.

Camp Dates: $25.00 per session
Session 1- June 22 – June 26
Session 2- June 29 – July 3
Session 3- July 6 – July 10
Session 4- July 13 – July 17
Session 5- July 20 – July 24
(may sign up for more than one session)

5:30 to 6:30
Please wear shorts, t-shirt, socks, and shoes (preferably cleats). Campers will also need to bring water.
