ASC got lucky...clearly the Dragonflies were a dominant team today...having a goal erased in the first half by obstruction....come on! Seriously??? Anyway ASC barely edged out the Dragonflies 3-2...wonder why ASC would not play us during the regular season because according to their website they hadn't been scored on all SPring till they met us.....ha!
NWA brought their football gear and their boxers to the field to play the Dragonflies to a 1-1 tie...unbelieveable aggressive play led to one of their girls punching Ash in the head. RED CARD!!! Of course Ash chasing her off the field led to the Dragonflies very first red card ever!
We as a team do not play aggressive style soccer...we love and play the game the way its meant to be played. Sometimes we lose our cool after repeatedly being pushed and shoved and hit and mouthed gets to be enough.
Walking off of the field after todays games the girls can hold their helds high knowing that they have the class to be Dragonflies!!!
