ECCAA General Meeting
July 6, 2009 - 08:30 PM
The ECCAA is a non-profit association which meets the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month during the in-house season; March through end of June. Meetings start @ 8:30pm, beginning the 2nd meeting in April, and throughout the in-house season. Meetings during the off season start at 7pm.
Meetings are held at the First Baptist Church in Evans City.
The Association meets just once per month beginning in July through February, on the first Monday of every month. The board members of the association welcome you to attend the general meeting to get involved.
Nominations for the next board members, will be held at the first Meeting in July of every year. Start attending meetings now so you will be eligible to be nominated (must attend 5 meetings in 12months). The new board members take office every October.
Evans City Hosting 11 & 10 Tournaments on July 24-26

Registration is Complete - Next Season - Fall Baseball - Begins in August
FALL BASEBALL SEASON WILL BEGIN IN AUGUST, TO REGISTER FOR FALL BASEBALL:
NEW: Register On-line, see link on right.
Step 1: Complete the order form, and submit.
Step 2: Print a copy for your records.
Step 3: Mail the ECCAA a copy of your signed registration, along with your
Check or money order payable to: ECCAA, PO Box 274, Evans City,
PA 10633.
Step 4: Please don't forget to add the registration cost, cost of any
parents T-Shirts, and finally the $50 for the discount card fund
raiser. Spring Ball only. No Fund-raiser for Fall Baseball.
*Please look at the Handout section (left side links), open up the registration cost document for the cost of each age group. The $50 fundraiser is pre-paid, you will get your ECCAA discount cards to sell to family and friends for $10 each, you keep the money to recoup your pre-paid fundraiser.
