As of May 16th, 2009... FWSAD had merge with FAAD. We will remain as FWSAD in NSAD's eyes for this year until we have our bylaws in order, then it will be offically switched to FAAD.

FAAD Team entry fee $200
FAAD member fee $10 per player.
NSAD team member fee $100 (this will be send to NSAD after FAAD gets the form)
Deadline to turn in the forms: June 15th, 2009

If any team would like to enter themselves to play at NSAD. Early Bird fee before June 15th, 2009 $200.. After june 15th would be $250.
NSAD will be held at Ft. Lauderdale, FLA on August 6th to 8th 2009.
