Paperwork Deadline is July 6th
We will be collecting paperwork on July 6th at
the Hudson Police Department Community Room

Please be sure you have scheduled your child's medical exam prior to this date.
Noone will be allowed to start practice without complete paperwork.
If you are unsure if your child's paperwork is complete, please email execadmin@hlyfc.com to verify.
All exams must have been in 2008 or 2009. If exam was in 2008, OUR medical release form must be signed by your child's physician. The doctor's forms are not acceptable for 2008 exams. Please see our Forms & Handouts page to download form.
All participants will need to submit a copy of their final report card upon the completion of the school year. If they will be entering the fifth grade or higher in the Fall 2009, you must submit two copies.

If you did not attend our Parent Information night, you must attend our final paperwork hand-in night to sign your child's folder. This is required by the state and no child will be permitted to start practice without this signature.
Any staff member needing to submit coach's paperwork may also bring it tonight.

Team Photographers
Wanted
The season hasn’t started yet and we’re already thinking YEARBOOK.
If you are ready to capture the action to make our 2009 Yearbook the best ever, then we need you!
We are looking for a Team Photographer for the following teams: (Each team yearbook is dependent upon its team photographer)

What’s Involved:
Take and submit game and/or practice photos to Yearbook Coordinator weekly via a CD.
Collect pictures from parents to include with weekly CD submission.
Types of photos: Candids/posed of players and coaches, sideline happenings, family/fans or any spontaneous “Kodak moment” you may capture.

HELP THE BLUE go Green Lottery Calendars
Lottery calendars were handed out at Parent Information night. If you did not receive yours, for football you can pick them up at football equipment hand out. For cheer you can pick them up at paperwork hand in night on July 6th.
Each participant is asked to sell a minimum of five calendars.
Here's how the calendar works: Simply fill out the raffle portion at the bottom of the calendar. Tear off at the perforation and return the ticket along with the $10 fee to your team mom by August 3, 2009. Drawings will be made Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and home game days starting in August. Winners will be mailed their prizes automatically. Winning tickets are returned for future drawings! Saturdays are bonus days - both the calendar holder and seller win and split the prize! All proceeds to help fund the cost of current and future field improvements. In purchasing this calendar, you have 40 chances to win $3000 in cash prizes during August, September & October! Winners will be posted on the HLYFC website beginning August 11, 2009.

2009 Football Levels HLYFC will be offering**
Grade 3U
Grade 4
Grade 5
Grade 6
Middle School (grades 6, 7 & 8)*
*The Middle School division is for those in grades 6, 7 and 8. You must be 14 or younger and cannot turn 15 on or before 12-31-09. The Middle School division will be made up of one roster, but two teams Jr Varsity/Varsity. Games will be played on Saturday nights or Sundays.
ALL football levels are now unlimited weight divisions. Children's placement on a team will be determined by grade level.
Participants may be between the ages of 7-14 for football. Age is based on actual age as of December 31, 2009.
**Although all levels are being offered, teams will be based on the number of participants registered and ages/grade (for football) of participants.
