Welcome to the Cubs Den, virtual home of the Houston Cubs!

The Houston Cubs were established in 1999 in the Houston Men's Baseball League. We are now playing in the Spring/Summer 2009 Season in Liga Obrera, AAA Division (Liga Obrera is 18+)!

The AAA All Star Game was Sunday 6/28 @ 11:00am at DeLeon Park, Field #2.

LAST GAME HIGHLIGHTS!


Two Cubs All Stars made big contributions to a winning effort by the Norte All Stars! Steve Harris pitched 3 solid innings for the WIN! Tee Espree went 2-5 with a single and double at the plate. One of the Reds players belted two home runs in the game and got game MVP.

The Houston Cubs are playing in Liga Obrera for the Spring and beyond in the AAA Division. The Cubs are currently in first place in the Norte Division at 7-2.

Liga Obrera is the largest League in Houston and one of the biggest in the Country with 93 teams playing this Spring. The league is 18+ with metal bats and uses Major League Baseball rules. This is the Cubs primary league as we play almost every Sunday. Come out and catch a Cubs game!
