Program’s Focus:
The focus of this summer’s program will be to teach individual skills within a team concept. This program is designed to expand your child’s comfort level so he/she will become more competitive (mentally and physically) on the volleyball court. Your child must make sure that he/she has a healthy diet and at least eight hours a sleep a night. Homework and chores must be kept a priority in order for your child to make a full commitment to these sessions. If your child has his/her priorities straight and he/she comes prepare to train there is no reason why your child will not better his/her volleyball skills.
