The above link is the registration form for Kamalii. Please fill out the form and bring it to your first practice. The registration process below is the instructions for USAV registration which must be done online.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

For junior players (those 18 years and younger) parents/legal guardians must register their child(ren). If you are registering your child(ren) you will need a valid drivers license or State ID number to register. The process is fairly simple.
