SESSION 1 JUNE 8TH - JULY 3RD MON, WED, FRI, FROM 6:30-8:00 ($240.00)
SESSION 2 JULY 6TH – JULY 24TH MON, WED, FRIDAY, FROM 6:30-8:00 ($180.00)
We focus on the following areas:
Fast twitch muscle activation
Upper and lower body power
Core and flexibility
Lateral agility
Speed with chance of direction
Speed endurance
Increase reaction time
Multi-directional speed
