Football Registration Packets
The Football Registration Packets will be available at our Optimist Tent at Springfest, and beginning Saturday May 30, 2009 at the Mt. Holly Optimist Building from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Registration Packets must be filled out completely and you must have an original birth certificate, year end report card, and a small wallet size photo of your child before you may sign up for football.
