ALL STAR UPDATES
Our All-Star Teams are getting ready for play and here are the opening matchups for each team:
9/10 Year Olds: MRLL finished in 2nd place in the District Tournament - Great Job!!
10/11 Year Olds: Led by the combined pitching of John Maxwell, Ryan Waldron and Jerron Largusa and a home run by Larry Quaney, MRLL came from behind and held on to earn an 8-7 victory over Cheyenne LL on Tuesday night. MRLL will next play on Thursday, July 9th at 7:30 pm against Lone Mountain LL on field #2. The winner advances to the championship round! Come out and support our team!!
12 Year Olds: Mountain Ridge will open this tournament on Friday, July 10th at 5:15pm against Cheyenne LL. The host league is Spring Valley LL and the games will be played at Desert Breeze Park.
Juniors: Cheyenne LL and Goines Park play host to this tournament and Mountain Ridge opens play on Friday, July 10th at 5:00pm against Red Rock LL.
More information on the tournaments can be found at the District 4 website (www.nvdist4.org). We will post updates on our teams on our website, of course, so come out and cheers our teams on but if you can't make it to the games, come back often to see how the teams are doing!

Oso Blanca Road Closure
Beginning July 13th and continuing until approximately December 1st, Oso Blanca Road between Durango and the entrance to Mountain Ridge Park will be closed due to the construction of the Centennial Hills Transit Center and Park & Ride facility. To get to the park during this time of construction, you can either enter from the South side of Oso Blanca (coming from the 215 Freeway) or use the new access point off of Grand Montecito Parkway, which will put you in the rear parking lot near fields 1 and 4).
