2009 Physicals
All physicals for the 2009 Spring and Fall season must be on the 2009 physical form and turned in by May 1st if you are doing Spring Training, and August 1st if you are not playing until Fall. All physicals must be dated after January 1, 2009. This physical form can be found in the Handouts/Forms section or can be picked up at any registration event.
