Hi Blackout,
Hope everyone is having a relaxing time during this early part of the summer. Here are a few house-keeping items following the busy week of tryouts:
1. Attached is an updated team Contact List. Please review it to make sure your personal information is correct, and let us know if any change is needed.
2. We need photos of the following girls for the player cards: Emily, Daiszha, Chloe, Abby, Sydney, Chessa, Bea, and Heather. Please send photos to us through email if you have them in electronic format, or to 6040 Moorfield Ave, C/S, 80919 for hard copies.
3. We will once again be creating a team photo directory. New players, please provide a family photo if possible (electronic format would be fine). Returning players, feel free to update your family photo, although we can use the photos from last season if we do not receive new ones from you.
4. Depending on demand, we may order another batch of the green Blackout t-shirts, so here's an opportunity for all sideline fans (parents, siblings, etc.) to "go green." Please let us know if you are interested to purchase any shirts, and provide your size information. We already have sizes and numbers for the new players. The cost per shirt will depend on the quantity ordered, but won't be over $12.50 and could be less.
5. I am currently looking at participation in two pre-season tournaments, the Denver Cup (August 6-9) and Pride of the Rockies (August 21-23). Please block out these dates and let me know ASAP if you cannot make either of these tournaments. The fall season is scheduled to start on August 29th with a double-header weekend.
