SUMMER 2009 SPORTS LEAGUES
Summer 2009 Sports League Registration Forms
The Redmond Parks and Recreation Depatment is offering a variey of sports leagues this summer. Information and registration forms for 2009 Summer Sports Leagues can be accessed by clicking on the link above. Registration dates are as follows:
REGISTRATION PRIORITY AND DATES:
Registration is on a first-come, first served basis with the following restrictions:
* Tuesday, May 12th: Returning Redmond Teams may begin registering.
* Tuesday, May 19th: New Redmond Teams may begin registering.
* Thursday, May 21st: Returning Non-Redmond Teams may begin registering.
* Wednesday, May 27th: New Non-Redmond Teams may begin registering.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THURSDAY JUNE 11th (Leagues may fill prior to this date)
* Returning Redmond Team – At least 51% of players on the previous year's roster are returning AND 51% of players must live or work in the Redmond city limits.
* New Redmond Team – At least 51% of the players live or work in the Redmond city limits.
* Returning Non-Redmond Team - At least 51% of players on last year's team roster are returning into the same league.
* New Non-Redmond Team - New team and no restriction on residency.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Teams may register in person with Visa, MasterCard, cash, or ONE CHECK at the Recreation office located in the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, 16600 NE 80th Street, Redmond, or by mailing registration form and completed roster to the Redmond Recreation Division, MS: ORSPK; PO Box 97010, Redmond WA 98073-9710. Office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Each team must submit, at the time of registration, league fees and non-Redmond player fees, and a copy of their completed roster on the official form provided by the Recreation Department. Registrations will not be accepted without a completed roster with original signatures to verify residency and returning team status. (One check per team please payable to: City of Redmond.)
