I wanted to take another opportunity to say what a great experience it was having my son in the PAL Developmental Football Program this past year. I was impressed with the operation from top to bottom; the coaches, the equipment, the organization that ran the concessions--all of it. Especially important was the attitude of the coaches. While we all know that there are athletes at every level who outshine their contemporaries, each child was treated the same. There is plenty of time for the star athletes to emerge and get their due later on. This was a wonderful opportunity for boys who may not get that chance later to learn to love the game, teamwork, comitting to a goal and seeing something more than just themselves.
Thanks for the time it took you, the discipline you enforced in the boys and for your vision to make this available and affordable. As I had said to one of the officers at the banquet, look around this room at the children--their pride, their sense of accomplishment and entire families together to celebrate what you all did--time and money well spent.

Thank you for everything, Christopher had never played prior to this year, and you and the coaches were great with him. I don't think I have ever seen him so excited about anything before. My name is Chris Jeffrey and I am one of the parents of your PAL Lacrosse family. I had to take just a moment and write this email to commend your staff and all of the PAL team for the great success they have had this year in Lacrosse. More importantly I want to speak to the dedication, commitment and honest caring all of the officers brought to each and every event. Not only did our children learn a new and exciting sport they where taught life lessons each time they stepped on to the field. I thank you for the interest you take in our children and the help you bring to our community.

I wanted to send you a quick note to send my thanks to you and all the Sheriffs Officers and employees that run the PAL youth sports programs.
My family and I, have participated in both the football and lacrosse programs, and we have been extremely happy and satisfied with both programs. The positive reinforcement and patience with which the coaches work with the boys is fantastic. I can't speak more highly for the coaches - their enthusiasm and commitment to the kids for a positive learning experience - not just on the field, but off the field as well , has been superb.
The lacrosse program was well done and a great learning experience for our boys. We will do it again and are now looking forward to fall football.

Thank you so much for all that you and your crew do for our kids. I applaud you and your team from the bottom of my heart for taking time away from your own family in order to do these things. Arthur has not ever been interested in any other team sport before Lacrosse. He loves it. This is his 2nd year playing since he played with the YMCA last year.Coach Berg was his coach then. We have been watching the NCAA championships this weekend.
Anyways, I just wanted you to know what a difference you make in a child's life and thanks.....
