UPPER MAKEFIELD ROCKETS HAD STRONG SHOWING AT LONG ISLAND PREMIER TOURNAMENT
The Upper Makefield Rockets had a terrific weekend at the Massapequa Memorial Day Tournament. The girls played in the highest flight and won 3 of their 4 games. They also enjoyed swimming, an amusement park and plenty of fun bonding together. Outstanding job girls and Coach Robinson!

UPPER MAKEFIELD ROCKETS CAPTURE FIRST RUNNER-UP IN BUCKINGHAM MARCH INTO CUPS TOURNAMENT
The Upper Makefield Rockets achieved a second place finish in the Buckingham United Soccer Club's March into the Cups tournament on March 21. The Rockets won their first two games against CDSA and CRUSA before losing to Buckingham in the championship game. Congratulations to Coach Duane Robinson and the girls for a terrific performance in the first games of the spring!
UPPER MAKEFIELD ROCKETS BRING ON FEMALE TRAINER & ROLE MODEL
Lauren DiStefano Trainer - Resume
The Upper Makefield Rockets have enlisted the expertise of Lauren DiStefano to serve as a trainer and role model to the girls for the Spring 2009 season.
Lauren is a licensed youth soccer coach with experience as a player at the college level as well as a coach at all levels. Lauren is the Assistant Coach for Steinert High School's Girls Varsity Team, Assistant Coach for the Girls Olympic Development Program (ODP), and Sr. Camp Staff for the ELITE Girls Soccer Academy. Lauren also served as the Captain of the Womens Soccer Team while completing her undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey and subsequently, acted as Assistant Coach for the team while completing her graduate degree.
The girls welcome Lauren and are excited to learn from her both on and off the field.
UPPER MAKEFIELD ROCKETS PLACE 2nd IN 2009 INDOOR LEAGUE
The Upper Makefield Rockets U-10 Girls team placed 2nd in the 2009 Indoor Travel League at the Bob Smith Academy. The girls played 10 games and ended the season with 6 wins, 1 loss, and 3 ties. Congratulations to Coach Robinson and the entire team!
