Registration Procedures Fall 2009
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and space is limited. Teams are encouraged to submit their registration packet as early as possible, since certain nights fill fast. Registrations will be accepted until the program is full.
Teams may pick-up and/or submit a registration packet at the City Hall Building K, Monday – Saturday from 9:00am – 5pm or at the Brengle Terrace Recreation Center, Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm. For your convenience, a completed registration packet may also be mailed to City of Vista – 600 Eucalyptus Ave, Vista Ca 92084-6240 Attn : Adult Sports Office or register by fax using your credit card fax # (760)643-2897. No cash will be accepted at Brengle Terrace Recreation Center.
A completed team registration will consist of : (1) A team roster with all players signatures and addresses, verification of residency for all Vista residents (Vista Resident teams only) and (2) The appropriate league fee (check, cash* or credit card). All of the above mentioned items must be submitted at the same time. If the registration lacks one of the above items, no space in the program will be secured and no placement game will be assigned until the registration is completed. (*Cash payments accepted at City Hall only)
Teams are allowed to select a preferred night. However, there is no guarantee as to what night and / or division a team will play in prior to the completion of the placement games. All preferences as to night / division must be relayed to the league director prior to the start of the placement games. There is no guarantee that requests will be accommodated. Below is a tentative break down of the divisions, leagues and nights of play. Please take this into account when selecting a night. All players must be 18 years of age to participate.

League Dates
Placement games are scheduled to begin the week of August 10th, 2009 with league play starting the week of August 17th, 2009.
Managers Meetings
All teams participating in the Fall 09 softball season must have the manager or a team representative attend one of the (3) mandatory managers meetings.
Tuesday, August 4th @ 6pm
Wednesday, August 5th @ 6pm
Thursday, August 6th @ 6pm
All meetings will be held at the Bengle Terrace Recreation Center at 1200 Vale Terrace Dr, Vista CA 92083
