Monthly meeting
JUNE MEETING MINUTES
The next monthly business meeting is Tue July 7th 8:30p at TimeOut Sports Bar.
Equipment Handout
We have scheduled dates for Football Equipment handout. Dates/Times below: Please make every effort to come at your assigned date/time. Equipment handout will be at the Equipment shed at Jaycees field on Johahn Drive.
*Sat, July 11th, Equipment Handout, 13U (8:30am), 12U (9:30am), 11U (11am) and other age group exceptions for vacation allowed (after 11am)
*Sat, July 18th, Equipment Handout, 10U (8:30am), 9U (9:30am), and other age group exceptions for vacation allowed (after 10am)
*Sat, July 25th, Equipment Handout, 8U (8:30am), Instructional (9:30am) and other age group exceptions for vacation allowed (after 10am)
Meet the Coach and practice
Meet the Coach night (both Football & Cheer) and “mini-camps” will begin the week of July 27th. Dates and locations will be announced soon.
We can officially begin practice on Saturday August 1st in full pads. Decision on whether practice will be held on this day is at the discretion of the Head Coach.
First full week of practices begins Monday August 3rd at 6:00PM at designated locations.
Tentative first week of games is August 29th.
***Reminder: By League Rule, all players & cheerleaders will need a valid MVA picture ID card to participate. These can be obtained at the Westminster MVA on Rt 140, next to the State Police Barracks. You will need the child’s birth certificate and social security number to obtain this card. Your head coach will be collecting these cards the first week***

Football registration is $100
Cheer is $190 which includes $100 registration fee, $40 turtleneck, $40 shoes, and $10 bloomers (turtlenecks from prior year can be used if they are in good condition and still fit but we are changing colors for the bloomers, so bloomers must be purchased)

Summer Flag Football
An open registration flag football clinic for 9-11 year olds is being held at Carroll Indoor Sports Center on the follwing dates: Tuesday June 16, June 23, July 7, July 14, and July 21 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Registration is on a first come first serve basis and is limited to 10-14 participants. Contact Dave Metcalf for more information at 443-340-9619.

INCLEMENT WEATHER SCHEDULE NOTICES
Your Head Coach is the final authority on schedule changes for team activities. You will be notified by the communication structure your individual team has established.
If a program-level decision is reached in advance of an activity to change or cancel the scheduling of a planned activity, a notice will be posted on the website, time permitting.
The website posting is a supplemental source of program-wide announcements; your Head Coach and team communication plan are the primary sources of information.
