The A's to Blue Jays
Having no luck in Oakland, the Athletics have moved north to Toronto where they will be now known as the Toronto Blue Jays. GM Jimbo Sarkisian said that the team decided to move after being the only team not to win a championship. The move comes as a surprise to the AWL world, but maybe this will be the beginning of changes to come for the now Toronto Blue Jays.
What's Next?
After a successful 4th season, the AWL plans on bringing in the 5th season with a new look and new teams. At the Winter Meetings the captains will talk about changes to the league if any are needed and will also determine what events will take place in the 2010 decathlon. This decathlon between the 4 Captains will take place in the spring of 2010 and through a points system, it will determine who gets the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks in the draft. Keep checking back for updates and news!

About the AWL
Welcome to The Auburn Wiffleball League Official Homepage. We are located in Auburn, Ma and are made up of 4 Teams (Oakland A's, Detroit Tigers, Washington Nationals and San Diego Padres). The league was created in the summer of 2006 by Davis, Tyler, Tony and Jimbo. We are currently in preparations of a 4th AWL season
