GENERAL MEETING
Our General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 24th at 7:00pm to be held in the Billerica Memorial High School Lecture Hall.
EQUIPMENT RETURN
Now that the season’s end is upon us, please be advised that our equipment personnel will be collecting uniforms and equipment. Note to all coaches: Please review and relay the information noted in Chris Cook's email to the parents. ALL UNIFORMS NEED TO BE WASHED AND CLEANED BEFORE RETURNING. ANY UNIFORM THAT OBVIOUSLY HAS NOT BEEN WASHED, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following equipment is to be returned:
Helmet
Shoulder pads
Girdle
Hip pads, butt pad, knee pads, thigh pads
Practice pants
Game pants
Green game jersey
White game jersey
Bag
Players may keep all other items (socks, belt, practice jersey and mouth guard).
Equipment collection will be scheduled by team. The schedule is listed below. If there is a conflict with your scheduled day/time, please contact your coach.

2009 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The 2009 National Championship takes place at Disney's Wide World of Sports located in Orlando, Florida during the week of December 6, 2009. All forms/documents can be found under "Forms/Documents". IF ANYONE IS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY IN DOWNLOADING THE FORMS, YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD ADOBE READER ON YOUR COMPUTER. ADOBE READER CAN BE FOUND UNDER "FORMS/dOCUMENTS".
NOMINATION LETTERS/LETTERS OF INTENT
Letter of Intent
A Letter of Intent needs to be submitted by all individuals who are currently holding a position and who are planning on returning to his/her position. This includes coaching positions. Every coach (regardless of tenure) needs to be elected every year. This letter is to inform the Executive Board that you will be returning to the position. If an individual currently holds a position yet does not submit a Letter of Intent, that position will be open to the general public. All Letters of Intent need to be submitted no later than Tuesday, November 17th. Letters can be emailed or sent to P.O. Box 106, Billerica, MA 01821.
Nomination Letter
A Nomination Letter is a letter for an individual who would like to run for a position within the league. The position must be open in order to run for it. All Nomination Letters need to be submitted no later than December 13th. Ballots will be closed on that date. All letters need to be submitted to a member of the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee is as follows: Steve Wilson, Sue Rita,
Chris Cook, Matt Pisini and Sue Eldridge.
The following positions are open: First President, Treasurer, Fundraising Coordinator, Booster President, Equipment Manager and Cheering Coordinator. Letters can be emailed or sent to P.O. Box 106, Billerica, MA 01821.
