With Sympathy
Brandywine Little League extends its deepest condolences to the Pierce family and Naamans Little League. Brett, Allison and Jimmy Pierce were tragically killed on October 3 in an automobile accident while driving to Sports at the Beach, where Jimmy, age 12, was to compete on a team comprised of players representing both Brandywine Little League and Naamans Little League.
Our league is exploring ways to support Jimmy's sister, Megan Pierce, in honor of her brother, who clearly loved baseball, and her parents, who by all accounts represented the very best of Little League parents.
Brandywine LL Mission Statement
The mission of Brandywine Little League is to assist the parents of our players in developing the qualities of character, sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership by providing a quality baseball program that emphasizes fun and safety. By advocating these qualities, our primary goal is to help develop players into productive and responsible citizens regardless of their athletic abilities.
Location
Brandywine Little League is located north of the city of Wilmington, Delaware, and is part of Delaware District 2.
