Team Florida getting ready!!! November 17, 2009
Team Florida will debut in Disney on November 27th in the USSSA Super NIT. The team is looking pretty good with a solid pitching staff made up of a lot of aces. Javier Herrera, Carlos Rodriguez, Alex Perez, Aaron Soto, James Harbuck, Joey Starling and Dash Winningham lead the deep pitching staff. Michael Hernandez & Kevin Abraham will be mainly behind the plate. Brandon Vicens, Eddie Silva and Bryan Bermudez will be the middle infielders. Joey Starling and Dash Winningham will be primarily in the corners. Alex Perez, Juan Casanova, James Harbuck, Aaron Soto and Gil Polanco will anchor the outfield. Looks like a pretty good team on paper but there is other very good teams on paper also. The Poison Express look like they will have a very good team also and so does Devcon Security and Team Orlando. We also hear that the NY Outlaws are very good. Usually Super NIT's are loaded.
