Academy Open House December 19th
For those looking to check out the 2009-2010 Cannons Baseball Academy there will be an open house from 9:30am - 12:00pm on Saturday, December 19th.
You can take this opportunity to get memberships, sign-up for camps and to book lessons with the Academy staff.
A presentation on "How to Maintain a Healthy Throwing Shoulder" will be conducted FREE OF CHARGE by Chris Poulin, owner of Poulin Performance.

Featuring Former Professional Player and Cannons Pitching Coach Jamie Merchant & Staff
Session I (Ages 8-10): 9:30am - 11:30am
Session II (Ages 11 - 13): 12:30pm - 2:30pm
All-around baseball tune-up focused towards getting ready for upcoming spring tryouts. All aspects of baseball will be drilled. Campers should bring a glove, sneakers and catchers equipment if they catch. Bats will be provided.
Camp includes tee shirt if registration is received before 12/10/2009!
$90 non-members, $80 members

For 5 consecutive Saturdays former UVM baseball and NECBL star Jim Chapman (pictured above) will conduct an advanced hitting camp aimed especially at young hitters looking to create good swing habits. Before joining the Cannons staff Champman was a hitting and infield instructor at the Frozen Ropes facility in Mass. The camp will focus on hitters aged 6-18 (grouped by age) looking to hit more consistently. Non-members that join the camp get 20% off a monthly membership!
Max enrollement for the camp is 8 players each session. Last year these filled up fast. Some age exceptions can be made upon request for players that are advanced for their age.

Camp Cost: $140 non-member, $125 member
