The Catholic Sports League of San Diego Track Meet at CCHS (grades K-8) 

 May 5, 2013 - 9:00 a.m.  

Thanks to the over 700 kids, and all the parent volunteers, that helped bring this wonderful event together.  It was a long (very rewarding) day for all who competed.  Already looking forward to our fall cross country events and the spring track meets next school year.  The final results, for all events have been forwarded to your school Athletic Director.  Please share feedback with your school AD, so we can make next years event even better.

PARKING/FACILITY GUIDELINES - ALL FAMILIES NEED TO BE RESPECTFUL OF THE FACILITIES IN WHICH OUR LEAGUE USES FOR GAMES.   Please be mindful of all facitlity guidelines including the following.....

- parking at OLG (do not park near the rectory or in unmarked stalls).  This blocks the access for those that live/work there, as well as emergency vehichles to come through, if needed.   All cars not parked in proper stalls will be towed at the owners expense.   There is always plenty of parking at OLG (use Medford St. entrance if needed).

- pets on campus - THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR CAMPUS'.  The violating school will automatically forfeit the game.

- monitor all children not playing in the game.   Have fun, but please be safe and make sure all the kids are mindful of the surrounding and stay out of restricted areas.

- if any parent or player is ejected and asked to leave the premises, they must do so immediately.  If they do not leave, that school will forfeit the game and potentially future games.  

(The snack bars at OLG & Holy Trinity will be closed on Sunday 4/27).

The Catholic Sports League appreciates your attention to these matters so the experience is a 'safe one' for all who attend the games.
