RENEGADES IS IN THEIR 10TH SEASON !!!!!!!!!!!
Our special needs team is always looking for new cheerleaders they practice Thursdays from 5-6pm
8 and under Tues. 5-6pm / 9-12 yrs. 6-7:30 Tues. & Thurs. / 12 and up Tues. & Thurs. 7:30-9pm.

At RCA, we are dedicated to making low-cost competitive cheerleading available to all youth of our community. By being non-profit, we can devote our efforts to the sport of competitive cheerleading without the huge fees. Team members are selected based upon ability and a willingness to work hard and provide support to their fellow team members. Renegades Cheerleading Association strives to provide competitive cheer experiences in a positive and family-like environment. Renegades strive to be the best in all that they do!

Teamwork Our cheerleaders learn to interact with each other as well as work together as a team in order to pursue common goals and achieve both individual and group success.

Healthy Habits Renegade cheerleaders learn the importance of regular vigorous exercise and team togetherness.

Our cheerleaders follow a strict set of rules, regulations, safety guidelines and standards of conduct to facilitate a safe and exciting season.

Our Coaching Staff has extensive training and experience in all aspects of cheerleading including choreography, dance, stunting and tumbling. Coaches and administrative parents are all volunteers who believe deeply enough in the strength of our program to donate their time, energies and talents. RCA provides activities designed to foster teamwork, emotional growth and athletic development for young girls and boys. Cheerleaders learn competitive cheerleading skills such as stunting, tumbling, cheer and dance. The Renegades perform at various cheerleading competitions within the state of Virginia (NO TRAVEL)

Mini's Our current 2012-2013 beginner team will be a Mini team and will include cheerleaders ranging in age from 4 to 8 years old. They are 2011 National Champions! This team is a fun introduction to cheerleading for our youngest athletes. practice will be from 5:00-6:00 pm on Tuesdays. Come on out and join us for a fun time learning how to jump, tumble and cheer! Because this team practices only once per week, monthly tuition is only $40.

Youth Our intermediate team earns rave reviews from the judges in competitions throughout the Tidewater area and beyond. This team features cheerleaders ranging in age from 9 through 12 years old. Our current 2012-2013 intermediate team will compete in the Youth division. This team meets for practice in our gym on Tuesdays from 6-7:30 & Thursdays from 6-7:30 pm . Because this team practices twice per week, monthly tuition is $55.

Senior Team We are very proud of our 2009 & 2011 National Champions! This team is composed of our most capable athletes, who range in age from 10 through 18. This team meets at our gym for practice on Tuesdays from 7:30-9 & Thursdays from 7:30-9 pm. Monthly tuition is $55.

Special Needs Team Renegades Cheer Association is proud be the first cheer facility in the area to host a Special Needs team. Our program has included Special Athletes since its inception and we call this team our "Shining Stars." Practices are held from 5:00-6:00 pm in our gym on Thursdays. Shining Stars perform exhibitions at local competitions and are a crowd favorite. All children with special needs are invited to participate in Tidewater's premier Special Needs team! Monthly tuition is a low $25. We also need "cheer buddies" to help as volunteers.
