As an overview, here is how it is decided whether to cancel a game or not:
Before 4:00pm, it is the City of Concord that decides whether a field can be played on or not. If they tell us the fields can't be used, we MUST cancel the games.
After 4:00pm and until the Managers exchange line-up cards, the Home Team Manager (with input from the Visiting Team Manager) can make the decision to postpone a game. Once the line-up cards have been exchanged, the Umpires make the final decision.
If you sign up for text/email alerts, you will receive a message for any game cancelled before 5:00pm.
