Last sign up will be June 1st from 9 am to 12 noon at the Corunna Middle School.

Also don't forget that you can sign up online anytime between now and June 1st. If you choose to pay by check or cash online,  you just have to send money to the mailing address on the sign up form. You will still have to come to the last sign up date to have the Jersey and helmet sized, you can pay then as well.

Football is $85.00 for one, $75.00 for two or more. + $25 Volunteer Goodwill Deposit (The one time Volunteer Goodwill Deposit will cover the whole family, and only two hours of volunteering at one home game will get your deposit back at the end of the season).

Cheerleading will be $75.00 for one , $65.00 for two or more +  the $25.00 Volunteer Goodwill Deposit.

All "in person sign-ups" will be at the Corunna Middle School.

Sign-ups are now available online. The online sign-ups will have the option to be paid by credit card. You can also choose to pay by check. You can send the check by mail to the address in the sign-up form or pay at one of the "in person" sign-ups. 

Please fill out the first 4 forms in the "Register Online" list above. If you want to volunteer as a coach or assistant coach please fill out the last form as well.

If you choose to sign-up on line you will still need to make it to one of the "in person" sign-ups to have your child fitted for a jersey (Football and Cheerleading). There is only one jersey order going out this year so it is very important that they attend one of the sign-ups.

• Each Sign will be 2' x 3' with your graphics or logo and will be hung on the fence in front of the bleachers (grand stands) for everyone to see

• Scholarship donations can also be made. They will help out players or cheerleaders that need some financial support. You can also stay anonymous if you choose.

Rained Out Instant Message:

• For the up-coming season this will be our primary mode of communication to you for instant information about weather issues, practice changes, venue changes, time changes, etc. We will still have weekly announcements sent out with the kids during the season.
