Coaches Clinic

There will be a free basketball clinic/open practice for all youth basketball coaches on Sunday, December 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lowell Catholic High School on Stevens St. in Lowell.
The clinic will be hosted by Lowell Sun 2009 Girls Basketball Coach of the Year Tom Varnum and members of the defending Catholic Central League champion Lowell Catholic girls basketball team.
The clinic will include:
· drills for all levels of players
· tips on practice organization
· team offensive and defensive sets
· controlled scrimmages

2009-2010 Rec Basketball
Winter Recreation basketball for both the boys and girls will start the 1st week of December. Parents will be contacted by coaches by the end of November. Updates will be posted on the website as quick as we get them.
Adult Basketball league
Registration for the adult league has been extended unti Nov 13th. No registraions will be allowed after this date.
Refer to the handout section in the main menu section to get a copy of the registration form. Games will be played on Sunday nights at the Junior High School. All those interested in signing up must do so by Nov 13th. Please contact Bob Gantz at bgantz@comcast.net if you have any questions.
