2016 Board Elections 
Hello EYFC Families,
Would you or someone you know be interested in making a difference for the families and children of Eastlake Youth Football & Cheer?  New ideas and awesome volunteers are in high demand!!! Nominations are now open for Eastlake Youth Football & Cheer Board of Directors positions for the 2016-2017 years.  Please review the attached nominations form and open job descriptions and nominate a community member you think could make a positive impact in that role for our kids!  Board members must be at least 18 years of age.  Please send the completed nomination form back to Team Manager Director, Amber Hathaway (  Self-nominations are welcomed!  Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted.

Important Dates & Information:
  • Voting will take place October 17th at the OHS Football Field during home games.  
  • All positions serve a 2 year term, unless stated. 
  • Candidates must be able to attend monthly meetings and be available for home game volunteer duties.

SWSWF Free Injury Clinic 

Every Saturday for 2015 Fall Season 

8am - 10am (last athlete will be seen at 9:30am)

The Southwest Sports Wellness Foundation is the result of the vision and passion of a group of established athletes, doctors, physical therapists and caring professionals who have charitably been providing the services described in this summary for nearly 30 years.

No Cost Sports Injury Clinics are provided to all Panther athletes to obtain an initial evaluation of their injury. An assessment of the injury will be performed by a sports medicine physician. The goal is to provide a specialized injury assessment to diagnose and treat the student athletes and return the student to sports safely and in a timely manner. 2014 SDAYF Q-Bowl Champions!!!!!

Congratulations to Coach Moses, his coaching staff and the 2014 Mitey Mite Black Football Team for their win against Los Toros in the 2014 Q-Bowl.



Our mission is to organize and administer a youth oriented sports program, which strives to build self-esteem, teach fundamental athletic skills, foster teamwork and instill pride in the accomplishment of the children who participate. We will establish a positive, disciplined and competitive program stressing parental and community involvement. It is the goal of the American Youth Football to afford all of our players and cheerleaders the best character molding opportunities available through the pre-screened volunteers selected and the area resources. It shall always remain the focus of Eastlake Youth Football/Cheer to provide value-based, respectful attitudes toward all environments for each and every member. Association membership shall always bear in mind that the development of exceptional athletic ability and winning is secondary to the molding of good character and productive citizens.
