Mark your calendars for Parent Night: Friday, December 4th at 6pm. Parent Night is the time for players and their parents to take care of all basketball business. Coach Seifert will introduce the coaches and answer questions. In addition, orders will be taken for shirts practice t-shirts, game day shirts, parent shirts, and home game passes will be available for purchase. Please plan on attending. 2009 Tryout & Thanksgiving Schedules

Hello Everyone,
Well, basketball season is just around the corner and I know everyone is excited to get going. As of November 20th, only one team has been able to select its players. But what a good problem to have….basketball players still playing football and heading into the State Championship game.
Of course, this throws off the timetable for several of our pre-season events, but we will get through it and be the better for it.
First piece of business with regards to the selection of teams. The soph/frosh team, JV team, and varsity team will be holding secondary try-outs on Saturday (11/21) and Monday (11/23). This will allow the football players to get in and show us what they can do on the hardwoods, instead of green turf.
SCHEDULE
Saturday (11/21) all football players will report for try-outs 5pm-7pm
Monday (11/23) continued tryouts with teams selected following practice. 5pm-7pm
Tuesday (11/24) practice from 3-5 pm for JV and Varsity Team…Team Pictures
Wednesday (11/25) NO VARSITY practice. JV-Soph/Frosh will practice from 3:30-5:30pm
Thursday (11/26) Have a Great Thanksgiving
Friday (11/27) Varsity practice from 2pm-5pm
JV Team practice from 3:30-6:00
Soph/Frosh Team from 5-7pm
Saturday (11/28) Varsity Practice from 5-7:30pm
JV practice from 2-5:00
Coach Shelby will advise his players.
Monday (11/30) Varsity and JV practice from 3-5 pm
Tuesday (12/1) Away game with Bishop Kelly
Wednesday (12/2) Home Game with Kuna
FRIDAY (12/4) MEET THE TEAM & PARENT INFO NIGHT

Saturday (12/05) Games with Meridian
JV and Varsity will have shoot-around Saturday afternoon.
