2010 Fall Season
Registration dates for the fall season are as follows:
Online registration: July 15th-August 14th
Walkup registration(GYBA Concession Stand):
Saturday, July 31st, 2010 (9am - 3pm)
Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010 (6-8pm)
Thursday, August 12th, 2010 (6-8pm)

Registration fees: 4u - $85
5u-14u = $100
Tryout dates:
Saturday, August 21, 2010 (9am-Noon; 1pm-3pm)
Tuesday, August 24, 2010 (6-8pm)
Field work day: Saturday, August 14th, 2010 - Everyone is encouraged to attend. We have plenty of new improvements for your children to enjoy this year such as batting cage for fields 1-4, soft toss hitting stations, dugout equipment for fields 5, 6 and 7, batting cage net for existing cage and rework the soft toss area, bases, mounds and we always have plenty of weeds to handle as well as dirt to shovel. Please check your schedule and see where you can help out, work begins at 8am.
Fall league dates: September 14 - October 9, 2010
End of Season Tournament: October 11-17, 2010

Refund policy: Full refund prior to tryouts. 50% refund after tryouts until season starts. No refund after season begins.
GYBA BOARD MEETINGS
All members and public are welcome to attend. Next meeting: Wednesday, August 11, 2010 @ 6:30 PM at Mels.
Meetings are held in the Skybox above the concession stand near Field #4 unless otherwise indicated.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
GYBA wants all boys and girls to participate in our youth baseball and softball programs. Scholarships are available to reduce the player registration fees. To be eligible, you must provide proof of participation in the "Free and Reduced" school lunch program. GYBA will consider all financial situations for scholarships.
DONATIONS
Donations to the scholarship program are encouraged and greatly appreciated.
GYBA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We could not make it without our many sponsors! Sponsorship is a vital part of Georgetown Youth Baseball. The funds donated by our sponsors will purchase uniforms, equipment, assist with the field/complex maintenence, pay the umpires--and the list goes on...
Large field/fence advertisements are available! Showcase your business to local residents. Multi-year ads also available.
Team Sponsorship: Your business name can appear on team jerseys each season. Support your team and advertise at the same time!

BATTING CAGES/FIELD USAGE
GYBA facilities, including baseball fields & batting cages, are reserved at all times for currently registered GYBA teams only.
Teams warming up for games should be given priority courtesy use.
NO metal cleats are allowed in the cages.
Only ONE team per cage at a time.
