The Helping Hands Bulls will begin registration for its Football and Cheerleading programs on April 1, 2009.
The following items are required for Registration
• Photocopy of child(ren) birth certificate
• Completed Medical/Physical form
• Current Picture (of child’s face)
• Photocopy of most recent Report Card
• Completed Registration form
