Welcome to the home of I MUA Athletics! We are a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing student-athletes an opportunity to achieve their maximum potential in a challenging yet nurturing environment.
MISSION: To provide the youth of Hawai`i an opportunity to achieve their maximum potential in life's endeavors. Through health and fitness education they will become confident, resilient, responsible and productive student-athletes in our community.
VISION: We will help the youth of Hawai`i accomplish our mission by offering a positive atmosphere with mentoring to promote effective skills in facing challenging individual and group situations.
MOTTO: "LAWE I KA MA`ALEA A KU`ONO`ONO"

I MUA Athletics is recognized as one of the only two Gold Medal Squared Certified Volleyball Clubs in the state of Hawai`i. Click on the link below to learn more about this certification and the Gold Medal Squared coaching methodologies.
CLUB INFORMATION:
The IMPACT Coaches Certification Clinic: Saturday December 5th, 2009 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Windward Community College - Hale Kuhina #115. Attending: Ainoa, Ashley, Joelle, & Heidi.
Aloha `Aina Earth Day Fundraiser/Community Service Clean Up Event: is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Hawaii Kai Park & Ride. Start saving your cans, bottles, glass and the following items: scrap metal, lawn mowers, bicycles, refrigerators, air conditioners, passenger tires (4 per household), computers (1 per household), car batteries, used eye glasses, hearing aids, cell phones, printer cartridges, newspaper, cardboard, magazines, plastic bags, plastic hangers as well as usable clothing and household items. Microwaves, TVs, school/commercial/business computers, paint, hazardous fluids or gas tanks WILL NOT be accepted. More details to follow.

Training with Coach Kimo begins on Tuesday, November 17th. The team will be in the "room" every Tuesday and Friday from 4:45-6:00 pm. Train hard!!
