If you have not yet picked up your son’s equipment, here is what you’ll need to do so for

Equipment Hand-Out:

• Your player must attend.
• A parent or guardian must attend.
• He must have a chinstrap, to properly fit his helmet.
• All registration fees must be paid & all deposit checks and paperwork must be turned in.
• Your child must have a recent physical (dated after Jan. 1, 2013) to play.  Please find the form in our Forms/Hand-Outs section.
• Your child must have a waiver and both parents & players must sign code of conduct forms.
• You must have a copy (do not bring the original) of your son's birth certificate to keep on file (required by the leagues).
• Please contact either Lee Casement or Ashley Townsend-Rogers with any questions.
• Your forms/paperwork may be submitted via the Jr. Cougar Football Forms Submission e-mail address, if you prefer to submit electronically.

2013 Volunteer Commitment:

For all volunteer activities this year, we plan to use Volunteer Spot to track volunteer hours.

In order to sign up for any and all volunteer activities, please go to their site to sign up.  It's very easy to use and understand!  Thanks for your help with our volunteer efforts this season!

As a reminder, our Summer Camp with Coach Owens and his staff (and our own Jr. Cougar Coaches) is FAST approaching. 

Camp Information:

• Monday - Friday, June 3rd - June 7th:  7pm to 9pm (Arrive by 6:45pm - "Cougar Time")
• EARLY Monday ARRIVAL - Plan to arrive on Monday @ 6:30pm to check-in and ensure all paperwork/fees are in order.
• DO NOT TAKE THE FIELD (INSIDE THE FENCE) UNTIL YOU ARE CHECKED OFF AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.
• Each Player MUST have his physical (dated 01/01/13 or later), registration & kitty fund fees paid and waiver form filled out.  If this is NOT complete, the player CANNOT participate in camp.
• Camp shirts will be given out Friday, June 7th.  Please plan to arrive @ 6:30pm on Friday evening.

Jr. Cougar Home Game Admission Prices:

NMFL League:

3rd, 4th & 5th Grade Home Games are $3 per person.

Children 5 years & under are free.

GMSAA League:

6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Home Games are $5 per adult & $3 per student.

Children 5 years & under are free.
