I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of your and your sons for trying out for the 2010 12U Keller Aces. Coach Jason, Karl and I have said many times that this was a very talented group of kids, which made it very difficult on the coaches in picking their teams. We truly appreciate all of the boy’s desire and efforts to play select baseball. I hope that you all will continue to be part of Keller Baseball. I look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

KELLER ACES - 2009 AAYBA WORLD SERIES RUNNER-UPS
The Keller Aces finished the season strong with a 2nd place finish in the Diamond Divison of the AAYBA World Series. After a strong showing in pool play, the Aces went on the win the Diamond South Championship, setting the stage for the Championship game with the Houston-based Cypress Sharks. Both teams fought hard for 7 straight innings in record heat, but the Aces fell in the last inning, 5 - 4. Once again, the Aces shined as a team, with everyone contributing throughout the 8-game tournament. What a season! What a team! GO ACES!!

The Keller Aces won the Triple Crown State Championship this weekend, battling both strong competition and record-breaking heat! Once again, the Aces went undefeated in pool play to claim the #1 seed. They continued their winning streak on Sunday, winning 3 games to claim the state title. The Aces were strong on all fronts, but were especially ON-FIRE offensively, with everyone contributing big hits, smart base-running and some of the best bunting ever seen in youth baseball!
Way to go, Aces - can't wait for the World Series!!!

The Keller Aces won the 2009 Colleyville Trophy Hunters Championship for 11u. The Aces clinched the #1 seed by going 2 - 0 in pool play. They came out strong on Sunday, defeating the Texas Stars Red 10 - 1 in the semi-final game. The final game against the Screamin Lizards was a hard fought battle, but the Aces never gave up and eventually claimed a 9 - 8 victory on a game-winning hit by Jitterbug! It was a true team effort with everyone contributing an entire weekend of strong defense and aggressive hitting. Way to go, Aces - Omaha here we come...!

The Keller Aces closed the season on a high note by winning the Silver Championship of the AAYBA World Series!! Highlights included a 8 - 6 victory over the Dallas Mustangs, a strong AAA team that went on to win the Diamond Championship, a 13 - 0 semi-final victory over the Trophy Club Heat (perfect game by "Nolan" Ryan) and the final FANTASTIC victory in the championship game, beating a strong Denton Scorpions team 11 - 2 in 6 innings (including a 6-inning complete game pitched by C-Dog).
