Congratulations to our 65 lb National Team for advancing in their shootout and making the playoffs as the #4 seed. Please come out to Willow Grove at 12 PM on Sunday, November 22 to root them on. Congratulations to our 75 lb National team for making the playoffs as the # 2 seed. Please come out to Bucks County at 2 PM on Sunday, November 22 to cheer on our boys. One more win gets them into the Championship Round. Go Indians!!
All Hands on Deck
Calling all Indians parents and volunteers. On Saturday we are hosting the Keystone State Flag League Flag Day and will be host to seven games for 14 different flag teams. Saturday is also the first day of our 6th Annual King of Prussia 55 lb tournament. We will be hosting 5 games for 10 different 55 lb teams. The tournament continues on Sunday, 11/22 and finish up next weekend on 11/28 and 11/29. Saturday's games will be held all day, from 8 AM - 4 PM. We are asking for all of the Indian families to help out during these very important final two weeks of Indians football.
End of Season Nominations Nomination forms are due for our end of season awards. Navigate to our online forms section and be sure to nominate someone for the Schaeffer, Hooven, Vanicelli, and Washington awards. These are awards that are handed out at our awards ceremony to various members of the KP Indians community. This is a great way to thank someone for a job well done!!!
Applications Being Accepted
Applications are now being accepted for the 2010 season. Applications are being accepted for Board of Directors positions as well as Coaching positions for football and cheerleading. Details regarding the roles and responsibility of each board position can be found in the 'By-Laws' link under the Handouts section of the website. To apply to any of the available board or coaching positions, please go to the Online Forms section of the website and select the appropriate form. Executive board positions will be filled at the January board meeting. Applications for the executive board positions are due by December 30, 2009. The remaining board positions will be selected at the February board meeting. Applications for these positions are due by January 23, 2010. Head coaches will be chosen at the March board meeting. These applications are due by February 20, 2010. We look forward to having you get involved!!
